Königstiger X

Konflikt ’47 is the Weird World War II game where the war did not end in 1945.
The Rift brought alien tech and strange powers to the world. The Germans have stuff like spider-legged tanks, Rail Guns and zombie soldiers. The Soviets have Werebears and Sonic Projector tanks…like the ones the Atreides have in Dune II. The Americans have jet-jumping mech-suits, the British have Automaton Tommies…you get the idea.

Here is the german King Tiger X with Heavy Rail Gun

This is a regular HIPS plastic WWII King Tiger kit, with replacement resin turret with a metal gun barrel

The simple markings on the turret are freehand, the paint scheme very loosely inspired by late war German camo.
I should have painted it in striking colours in stead. I mean, what is the point of trying to camouflage a tank that has a massive light-up gun barrel? These tanks give away their position just by having an armed weapon.
At least that is how I envision them, alien hi-tech futuristic weaponry and all.
