Midlam Miniatures is a small company that has run several kickstarters for specific sets of metal miniatures. This one is from a set called “The Ghosts of Midlam Manor” and was for a set of 10 ghostly minis, back in early 2018.
My experience with Midlam is very good, I have backed a few of their Kickstarter campaigns and they have each been delivered on time and with good communication and high quality castings. They are on my short list of trusted kickstarter creators. A+, I would not hesitate to back anything by them again.
At any rate, today I grabbed a few minis more or less at random (well, I just wanted something quick to paint, and this one fit the bill)
Kasperov the bedsheet ghost. “Whoooooeeeeeeeoooooo”
From a zenithal white on black primer, I drybrushed with varying pressure in layers with Citadel Celestra Grey, Citadel Ionrach Skin, Reaper Ghost White and Reaper Splintered Bone, and some improvised mixes of these colours here and there.
The ghost is actually a bit more colourful IRL, also the blending does not look as good when photographed, which is probably down to my lack of skill with the camera and lighting.
