From the same Box of Doom™ as the suspected Marauder Minotaur, this is a Kev White sculpt released by Harlequin Miniatures in the late 90s.

This mini actually has “Kevin White loves his mum and his dad” enscribed under the slab-like rectangular integral base. I probably should have taken a photo of that before I cut it down and stuck it to the 50mm round base.

and quite large mini too boot.
