Thrusting onwards with Silver Tower minis:

Talk about your radical re-designs. These are significantly different from the original oldhammer ones I recently painted up. They are nice on their own terms, and certainly have more movement to them. But they seem less…fun? The originals were all grinning happy pink horrrors, and sad depressed-looking blue horrors. This bipolar-aspect to them seems to have been completely lost.

These new ones seem more like hoppy flame-bunnies with twilek-tentacles. And smooth. Not much texture to them as opposed to the older ones. Which makes inking for main colour then drybrush a lot more dubious prospect.
