Made by Games Workshop, the largest and most prominent miniatures and wargames manufacturer in the World. Love ’em or hate ’em, one cannot deny that without GWs massive success, the Fantasy and Scifi miniatures hobby would be vastly less known, and it follows there would be very few companies making such figures.

However, their inherent Britishness (we do not acknowledge other miniatures companies existence! Only Citadel Miniatures are allowed to be used in our games!) and yearly price increases has made a large segment of older or experienced gamers and miniatures collectors get rather hostile towards GW. At least there are massive amounts of bellyaching to be found online.

Even if they are expensive, they still make some of the best miniatures and the games are good.
